Zoe joined The Compton School in September 2000 and has taken on numerous roles including Head of Department, Head of Year and Deputy Headteacher. Her experience as part of the Senior Leadership Team has included overseeing the quality of Teaching and Learning and Staff CPD and both Pupil Premium and Equalities Lead.

For the Trust, she oversees the operations linked to governance and compliance. She provides support for governance at all levels within the Trust and oversees the development, implementation and review of Trust policies.
