I have always been a strong believer in the power of education to create opportunities to learn and fulfil one's potential. This is what drew me to a career in HR management as this has enabled me to coach and develop individuals and teams. I have been in HR across multiple private sector organisations for over 30 years and am currently VP of HR for a global data services organisation, which is part of RELX (a global media and technology FTSE organisation).

Before starting my career, I studied in London and Queen Mary and the LSE and have a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time travelling and having fun with my wife Ena and 3 wonderful daughters who have all studied in London. I am really excited about this opportunity to be a Trustee and play an advisory role for Middlesex Learning Trust. I want to share my knowledge and experience to help the Trust fulfil its objectives to support the students with the education across the schools they support.
